The Trend of Development and the Object of Study of Environmental Ethics

环境伦理学的发展可分为早期、20世纪70年代以及70年代以后3个阶段,现在正处于从自然的权利向环境正义的转型时期。从环境伦理学的研究对象来看,环境伦理学是研究人对自然有无伦理义务的学说体系,它包括自然的权利、环境正义、社会变革3个方面的具体内容,这一定义是不同于现在流行的美国式环境伦理学的。

The development of environmental ethics falls into three stages, that is, the early stage, the 1970s and the period after the 1970s. Now it is at the transitional period from natural right to environmental justice. This study aims at constructing a theory on human ethic obligation to nature, which covers natural right, environmental justice and social changes and is different from the popular American environmental ethics.
