摘要 根据AOD炉冶炼不锈钢处理模式具有稳定性这一特点,采用统计方法分别得出了AOD炉冶炼304钢种时钢水吸氮和吹氩脱氮的经验控制公式,并据此对304钢种冶炼工艺进行改进,取得了较好的脱氮效果和较低的氩气消耗水平。 On the condition of the relatively stable treatment pattern in the AOD process, the quantificational method to control the nitrogen pick-up and the denitrification in the AOD 304 steelmaking were given respectively by the statistical way. Therefore, the steelmaking process was improved for the steel grade 304 in the AOD, the final nitrogen content hit the aim very well, and the argon consumption was decreased.
