轴承钢应用SiAlBa合金脱氧及去夹杂物的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用SiAlBa合金对轴承钢进行了脱氧实验,结果表明采用该合金处理轴承钢时,钢中的全氧迅速降到一稳定值;对试样检验发现,最终钢材上无含钡点状夹杂,而且钢中的残余夹杂得到很好的变性,细小的夹杂呈弥散、均匀分布。实验结果和分析认为,SiAlBa合金有强的脱氧和去夹杂能力,不仅因为钡是很强的脱氧剂,而且钡有很强的夹杂物变性能力,使之生成液态夹杂从而聚集上浮排除。 The deoxidizing experiment with SiAlBa alloy was carried out to the bearing steel, the result showed that the total oxygen in the steel would reduce to a stabilization level rapidly. The inspection of sample showed there was no dot inclusion of Barium in the steel, the remainder inclusions were modified, and these tiny inclusions well distributed in the steel. Based on the experiment, it was considered that the SiAlBa alloy exhibited a strong deoxidization and inclusion removing capacity, because the Barium was not only a strong deoxidizer, but also an excellent inclusion modification agent. The modified molten inclusion could gather together and float up to be removed.
