By now, firm performance evaluation methods are not effective methods for firm investment efficiency evaluation, in such condition, firm development evaluation demonstrates obvious irrationality, After summarizing the basic principle in investment evaluation, a method for investment efficiency evaluation at the firm level is presented in this paper based on technology decomposition information established in space, which combines the methods used in macro and micro investment efficiency evaluations. The investment efficiency index given in such methods can identify the marginal effect of investment action on production efficiency, and can accurately evaluate the real performance in investment actions.
