摘要
灵芝菌丝体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶谱带有5条,其中酶带Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ为Mn—SOD,酶带Ⅱ,Ⅲ为Cu—Zn—SOD。Cu—Zn—SOD在不同浓度的KCN作用下,其活力随KCN的浓度增大而逐渐丧失,而Mn—SOD不受KCN影响仍具催化活性;Cu—Zn—SOD在氯仿—乙醇的作用下仍具催化活性,而Mn—SOD随氯仿—乙醇的浓度增大而失去活力;SDS可使Mn—SOD失去活性,但对Cu—Zn—SOD无影响;β—巯基乙醇使部分Cu—Zn—SOD失去活性,但对Mn—SOD无影响。
In five isoenzyme bands of SOD in mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum band Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ are Mn-SOD and band Ⅱ,Ⅲ are Cu-Zn-SOD. The activity of Cu-Zn-SOD decreases with the improvement of KCN content and β-mercaptoethanol and it is not effected by chloroform-ethanol and SDS. Meantime, the activity of Mn-SOD decreases with the improvement of chloroform-ethanol and SDS, and it is not effected by KCN and β-mercaptoethanol.
