富民县乡村医生现状调查分析

A survey and discussion of the existing situation of village doctors in Fuming County

目的：了解乡村医生人力资源及卫生服务状况。方法：采用问卷调查法对全县所有在册乡村医生进行调查。结果：全县共有73个村卫生室，乡村医生157名。平均每个行政村有2．2名乡村医生，每千口农民有1．33名乡村医生；村医男女性别比例为1：1．3；平均年龄为38．2岁，以25—34岁年龄组比例最高，为45．9％；从医年限平均为14．4年，20年以下者占75．2％；中专学历占4．5％．结论：乡村医生队伍在人员数量、年龄结构、性别比例等方面较以往有所改善，但整体素质差、服务水平低的状况未得到根本解决。建议通过制定优惠政策、依法规范管理、开展多种形式教育等方式提高乡村医生队伍素质。

Objective： To investigate manpower status and healthservice of village doctors. Methods： Organize profcssionals to conduct investigations on all of the registered village doctors in Fuming county. Results： There were 73 clinics and 157 village doctors in the county （the average number of doctors in each village was 2. 2, and 1.33 per mill farmers）, in which the sex ratio of male and female doctors was 1： 1.3. The average age of doctors were 38.2 years, and 45.9% of doctors was between 25 ～34 years old; The average medical work duration were 14. 4 years old, and 75.2% was under 20 years old. Conclusion： The village doctors have been enforced in number, constitution of age and sex ratio, but the poor integral quality and health service have not been entirely solved. It is suggested that village doctors be further developed through multi - protocols, such as making superior policies, regularizing health management and promoting medical education, etc.
