In this paper,the core of constructing the harmonious society is the synergism between man and man, human and nature by the synergistics function of synergetics and order parameter principle. Scientific development view plays the dominant role in the construction of the harmonious society, which is helpful to the construction of the harmonious society. There are the close connections between syrtergetic theory and the construction of the harmonious society.
