临床路径在子宫肌瘤射频消融手术患者中的应用体会

Effect analysis of clinical pathway for hysteromyoma treated with radiofrequency ablation

目的探讨应用临床路径护理在射频消融术中治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果。方法由临床路径发展小组采用临床路径表格式病例实施标准化、治疗和护理，选择直径≤5cm的子宫肌瘤，在B超定位下，用射频治疗仪专用穿刺针治疗。结果65例患者手术后分别为3个月、6个月复查B超显示：62例子宫肌瘤消失；3例子宫肌瘤缩小。结论射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤具有不开刀、操作简单、痛苦小、并发症发生率低等优点，是一种安全可靠地治疗子宫肌瘤的新方法。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing of 65 myomas of uterus treated with radiofrequeney ablation. Methods 65 patients with uterine myoma （diameter≤5 cm） were treated with radiofrequeney ablation under - ultrasound. Before operation, fullpreparation was performed, the sense, complexions and vital signs were observed during treatment, and after treatment, pains in belly, bleeding of vagina, fever were closely monitored to prevent infection. Results All the patients were successfully treated. Re - examinations 3 months and 6 months after operation were conducted by B - ultrasound： 62 myomas of uterus disappered. 3 shrank. 1 bleeding, Duringtreatment, bleeding stopped. There were no. injuries in organs in abdominal cavities and no infections in pelvic cavities. Conclusion The treatment of myomas of uterus with radiofrequeney ablation has the advantages of using no operating scalpel, safety, efectiveness, simplicity in operation less pains, less adverse reaction, lower rate of complications. As a new minimally invasive therapy for myomas of uterus, it is safe and effective.
