健康教育在静脉输液中的应用

本文的研究目的是探讨健康教育对静脉输液的影响。研究选取200例住院病人被随机分为实验组、对照组各100例。实验组按照健康教育目的进行护理干预，对照组接受所在病房的常规护理，输液1—4d对病人进针、拔针的疼痛分级进行评估，在病人出院前对病人舒适满意率情况进行调查。实验结果表明两组病人疼痛分级、舒适、满意率有显著性差异，实验组优于对照组。通过试验分析，得出结论为住院病人静脉输液时应用健康教育是一项提高患者知识水平、改善患者心理状态、促进疾病康复的有效措施。

Experiments the set to carry on the nursing intervention according to the healthy education purpose, the matched control accepts the place sickroom normal regulations nursing, transmiting the liquid to enter the needle and pull out the needle ache ratings to carry on the valuation to the patient for 1 - 4 days, before patient get out of the hospital to patient the comfortable circumstance satisfaction rate carries on the inquisition. The experiments as a result expresses , 2 patients the ache ratings and comfort, the satisfaction rates show the difference of obvious, the experiments set better than matched control. Through experiment analysised, get a conclusion is ： applied healthy education for the inpatient vein to lose liquid is a the item which raise the sufferer, the knowledge level, improve the mental appearance, valid measure that go that promote disease recover from illness.
