长效土霉素注射液的工艺研究

通过探讨长效土霉素注射液的制备工艺,确定一条最佳生产工艺路线和工艺参数.并对偏重亚硫酸钠、-α吡咯烷酮、吊白块、PVP的用量进行了研究.应用正交试验确定了土霉素注射液的处方,并采用HPLC测定了土霉素注射液的含量.结果表明样品室温下稳定,本工艺适用工业化生产,质量可控.

In order to obtain the optimum production technique and technical parameter,the preparation of Lon-Actin Oxytetracycline Injection was investigated. In the experiment,the account of Formaldehyde Sodium sulfoxylate, Polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, α-Pyrrolidone, and Sodium Metabisulfite were selected respectively. The content of oxytetracyclin was determined by HPLC. The preparation of Lon-Actin Oxytetracycline Injection was optimized by orthoonal experiment, and its stabilization was proved by remaining sample at room temperature, It proved that LonActin Oxytetracycline Injection is reliable and suitable for industrial manufacture. Its quality can be controlled.
