摘要
在防治方面,利用绿僵菌不同品系菌株对红火蚁的毒性进行生物测定,试验结果表明,入侵红火蚁成蚁对绿僵菌的某些品系显著敏感.感染品系Mf10,SH,Ma3的供试红火蚁在一周内的死亡率均已达到了90%以上,并且在两周后几乎全部死亡.这揭示了绿僵菌作为防治红火蚁生物农药的可能性和意义;对可能具有抗生素功能的红火蚁毒液进行了抗生功效测定.结果显示,红火蚁的全蚁浸出液对不同的细菌和真菌存在不同的抑制作用.其中苏云金芽孢杆菌对红火蚁全蚁浸出液中度敏感,大肠杆菌对红火蚁全蚁浸出液不敏感.这提示了科学利用红火蚁,变废为宝的可能途径.
After a bioassay of the virulence to Solenopsis invicta, a microbiological pesticide Matarhizium anisopliae was supposed to be used for the biocontrol of the red fire imported ant. Trying to utilize the ant, an inhibiting experiment of the Solenopsis invicta' s venom to some bacterium and fungi was done. The result shows that its antibacterial function was performed on different bacterium and fungi. At last, a utilization way was supposed.
