摘要
采用兔魏氏梭菌苏84-A株制备抗原，以蜂胶为佐剂，研制兔魏氏梭菌病蜂胶灭活疫苗。3批疫苗产品经检验符合疫苗制造的各项要求。家兔以2mL／只剂量接种，接种后无不良反应，第5天即可产生免疫保护，持续保护至少6个月。疫苗在2～8℃保存18个月，免疫效力不变。
Propolis - adjuvant inactivated vaccine against Clostridium welchii of rabbits was developed using Su 84 -A strain as its antigen. After a series of detecting tests, three batches of the vaccine produced in lab were proved harmless and potent. When the immune dose of vaccine was 2 mL per rabbit, the vaccine can protect rabbit after 5 days of inoculation, and lasting at least 6 months without any blight. The vaccine presented effective immunogenicity during 12 months at 2 -8 ℃.
