超声检查在唤醒麻醉下脑功能区病变切除术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨术中超声在颅脑唤醒麻醉下脑功能区病变手术中的应用价值。方法在23例颅脑功能区病变开颅后,采用术中超声对颅脑功能区病变定位,再结合大脑皮层诱发电位确定脑功能区后,确定手术入路。结果23例患者在唤醒麻醉状态下,术中超声结合大脑皮层诱发电位准确定位,指导手术不同程度地切除病变。结论术中超声在颅脑脑功能区病变的切除术中具有一定的实用价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of intraoperative ultrasound in the awake surgery of the cerebral eloquent areas. Methods Intraoperative ultrasound and cerebral cortex evoked potential were used to guide the resection of cerebral lesions in operation of twenty- three patients. Results All of the brain lesions were accurately localized in twenty- three patients by intraoperative ultrasound. With the guidance of intraoperative ultrasound and cerebral cortex evoked potential, cerebral turrets of different areas were successfully removed from these patients during awake state. Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound is valuable in the awake surgery of the cerebral eloquent areas.
