摘要 深圳大学生物科学教学实验中心的成立改变了以往按课程设置模式的实验室建制,实现了设备资源、实验场地的共享,该教学实验中心通过加强教学实验中心的管理使得教学实验中心确实成为培养新世纪高素质的人才的实验平台。该教学实验中心在规范管理方面的主要措施包括:建立具体完善的规章制度,理顺实验教学管理;规范设备的购置与维护,提高设备使用效率;重视实验中心档案的整理与归类,提高信息数据收集和管理的质量;重视营造文化氛围,不断改善实验室环境。这些措施的实施对实现卓越的实验教学效果起了极大的推动作用。 The establishment of teaching laboratory center in Shenzhen University has changed the forms of laboratory management from being attached separately to individual courses to being organized as an entire unit; and has also made it possible for the idea of sharing equipment sources and teaching spaces, Through reinforcing management, the teaching laboratory center has really become a laboratory platform for training high quality talents for the new century. The main strategies our laboratory center has put into effect include establishing detail and complete rules and regulations, normalizing the management of labora- tory teaching ; standardizing the procedure of equipment purchasing and maintaining, improving the efficiency of equipment usage; emphasizing the organization and classification of laboratory documents, improving the quality of information collection and organization ; and building up culture atmosphere, providing better laboratory environment. These strategies have great effects on realizing the goal of excellent experiment teaching.
