实践教学是培养学生创新精神与实践能力、提高学生综合素质的重要环节。文章结合研究型大学的特点，提出研究型大学实践教学改革的理念，并从构建实践教学平台、推进实验室开放管理、优化实验教学体系、开展学生科研训练等方面探讨研究型大学实践教学改革．为研究型大学培养创新人才奠定基础。

Practical teaching plays an important part in developing students＇ creativity and practical ability and improving the overall quality. This paper integrates with the character of research type universities, and puts forward the concept of practical teaching reform. It discusses practical teaching reform which aims to establish foundation for developing creative personnel in aspects of building practical teaching platform , advancing laboratory opening management, optimizing experiment teaching system and developing students scientific research training.
