外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的临床诊治经验

The Experiences of Clinical Treatment on External Injury Brain Ridge Liquid the Nose Leak

目的:探讨外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗方法和治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析68例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者的临床资料,其中车祸伤47例,坠落伤11例,打击伤10例,非手术治疗51例,手术治疗17例.分析其治疗方法和疗效.结果:非手术治疗组51例,手术治疗组17例,全部治愈.结论:外伤性脑脊液鼻漏要选择非手术治疗为主的综合治疗方法,根据颅底骨折的部位、程度及缺损范围选择不同的治疗方法.

Objective ：To discuss the treatment and curative effects of the external injury brain ridge liquid the nose leak . Methods： to analyze the treaments and curative effects of 68 external injury brain ridge liquid the nose leak eases by their clinical materials. 51 cases were without surgical operation and 17 cases with surgical operation. Results：51 cases were without surgical operation and 17 cases with surgical operation. All of them were cured.Conclusion： Not surgical operation was the main method for the external injury brain ridge liquid the nose leak .The treatment should be adopted by the part, scope of the bone fracture hurt.
