On the Role of Government in Cotton Trade Liberalization

棉花贸易自由化是不可回避的趋势,文章对当前的棉花收储政策、棉花滑准税、棉花生产方式等与贸易自由化相关的因素进行了分析,指出了政策方面的缺陷,并对棉花贸易自由化中政府作为提出了自己的建议。

Liberalization of cotton trade is unavoidable. In this article, some factors relative to liberalization of trade, such as cotton storage, Sliding Duties, are analyzed, further more, the limitation of current government policies is pointed, and countermeasures are proposed.
