肉仔鸡对不同锰源生物学效价的研究

摘要 试验用1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡200只研究不同锰源的生物学效价。试验所用3种锰源分别为硫酸锰(MnSO_4·H_2O)、乙酸锰和酵母锰。在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(对照组)的基础上分别添加锰60,120,180 mg·kg^(-1)构成试验饲粮,试验共9个处理,每个处理4个重复,另设1个对照组。试验期为21 d,自由采食和饮水。在本次试验条件下,各试验组饲粮锰源对内仔鸡生产性能、心肌、肝脏、肾脏、胫骨锰含量以及心肌MnSOD活性影响不显著(P>0.05),各种锰源都有改善肉仔鸡生产性能的趋势。随饲粮添加锰水平的增加,心肌、肝脏、肾脏及胫骨锰含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。利用斜率比法,不同判据指标得到的乙酸锰和酵母锰的相对生物学效价不同;综合考虑本试验获得的回归方程的显著性和饲粮添加锰水平对各测定指标的影响,本次试验所测指标均可以作为适合本试验条件的不同锰源生物学利用率的评价指标。 A 3(manganese sources) × 3(manganese levels)factorial design with 4 replicates per treatment(5 broilers per replicate)was used for the study. Three manganese sources were manganese sulfate(MnSO4 · H2O), manganese acetate and yeast manganese ; three manganese levels were control(Mn, 44 mg· kg^-1) + 60 mg· kg^-1 control + 120 mg· kg^-1, control + 180 mg· kg^-1, respectively. A total of 200 AA chickens at 1 -day old were randomly divided into 10 groups(1 control group, 9 treatment groups), given ad libitum feeding and drinking. The control group was fed corn -soybean diet meal, and the treatment diets were formulated by adding manganese. Experiment periods were 21d. Manganese concentrations of liver, cardiac muscle, kidney and tibia, performance and cardiac muscle mitochondria MnSOD activity were not affected by dietary manganese sources(P 〉 0. 05). Three manganese sources tended to improve the performance of broilers. With dietary manganese levels increased, manganese concentrations of liver, cardiac muscle, kidney and tibia were significantly increased(P 〈 0.01). Using the slope ratio method, relative biological value of manganese acetate and yeast manganese was different by different indexes. Synthetically analysing the significance of regression equation and effect of dietary manganese levels on indexes, all indexes determined were appropriate to reveal biological value of different manganese sources in this study.
