多年来供电公司一直使用电压的持续扰动指数作为衡量实际电能质量的标准。随着新兴产业对电能质量的要求和敏感程度的提高,许多企业都使用电能质量监测仪收集大量采样数据,从而对电压水平进行评估和监控。为了适应现今企业对电能质量的要求,本文定义了几个用来衡量谐波畸变水平的指标,并用收集的在线数据对指标进行论证。

The remolding index has been used as indicator which measures real power quality by power supply company for many years, In response to improving requirements and sensitivity,the power quality monitor is applied to collect data for evaluating and monitoring voltage level.This paper presented indices developed to quantify system service quality with respect to measure harmonic distortion levels.
