摘要
本文分析了陶瓷刀具切削淬硬GCr15轴承钢生成的锯齿形切屑形态,切屑不同部位的金相组织和硬度分布及切屑底部的脆变剥落现象,研究了据齿形切屑变形过程,变形程度的定量化分析,切屑形态的转变,切屑形态与陶瓷刀具初期破损的关系。
Hardened GCr15 bearing steel cut with oxide ceramic cutter leaves behind sawtoothed chips. In this paper the sawtoothed chips are investigated for an analysis of their shapes, their metallurgical organism, the hardness distribution in their different parts, and cases where embrittlement and scaling occur at their bottoms. Also under in- vestigation are the deformational process of the sawtoothed chips, the ways to judge the extent to which the sawtoothed chips deform, the changes in chip shapes, and the rela- tionship between the chip shapes and the damage to the ceramic cutting edge at the ini- tial stage Of cutting.
