摘要
本文分析电磁波对细胞膜离子通透性的影响，说明电磁波对人体的非热效应作用，并据此说明美国以１０ｍＷ／ｃｍ２作为微波的防护卫生标准的合理程度。
In this paper is analyzed the influence of electromagnetic waves upon the ionic permeability of the cell membrane. While it is acknowledged that electromagnetic waves exert a non-thermal effect upon the human body, the paper raises the question ' to what extent the U. S. standard of 10 mW/cm2 for human health protection against microwave may be regarded as reasonable
