摘要
分析了圆形弯嘴的工艺特点,介绍了模具设计时应注意的问题,提出了一种适合圆形弯嘴类零件成型的模具结构,并描述了模具工作过程。模具经生产实践验证,生产的塑件合格,对于弧形孔类零件具有一定的参考价值。
The technological characteristic of a round crooked nozzle was analyzed. The points in designing an injection mould for the part were presented. A mould structure fitting for round crooked nozzle parts was introduced and the working procedure was described.
