摘要 采用磨削试验、手工抛光和PVA抛光砂轮抛光试验,对P20钢和S45C钢在不同热处理硬度条件下的抛光性能做了对比研究。结果表明:在磨削试验条件下,2种钢表面粗糙度值随硬度的增加而降低,其中S45C钢的表面粗糙度值低于P20钢。再经抛光后,2种钢表面粗糙度值基本保持随硬度的增加而降低的趋势,但是,无论是在手工抛光还是PVA砂轮抛光条件下,P20钢的表面粗糙度值均低于S45C钢。 Comparison was made between the polishing performance of P20 steel and S45C steel with different heat treatment hardness in which polishing methods such as grinding, hand finishing, and PVA wheel finishing were applied, It is concluded that under the grinding condition, the surface roughness of the two kinds of steel reduces with increase of the hardness, and the roughness of S45C is lower than that of P20. The trend continues with further polishing. But the surface roughness of P20 steel, under hand finishing or PVA wheel finishing, is lower than that of S45C steel.
