临床护理路径在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in the Patients with Surgery-treated Breast Cancer

目的:探讨临床护理路径(Clinical Nursing Path,CNP)在乳腺癌手术患者中应用效果。方法:28例乳腺癌患者随机分为两组:观察组和对照组,每组14例。观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理。并比较两组的住院时间和住院总费用。结果:观察组的住院时间及住院总费用分别为(9.5±1.7)d(、6 417.0±265.0)元,均明显低于对照组的(11.3±2.1)d(、8 797.0±564.0)元(P均<0.05)。结论:实施临床护理路径可缩短乳腺癌手术患者的住院时间,并减少住院总费用。

Objective： To Evaluate the effect of the application of the Clinical Nursing Path（CNP） in the patients with surgery-treated breast cancer. Methods： Twenty-eight patients with breast cancer were randomly allocated to two groups： observation group and control group with 14 cases in each group. The Clinical Nursing Path was implemented in the observation group while the routine nursing was offered in the control group. The hospitalization days and overall medical expenditures were compared between the two groups. Results：The hospitalization days and medical expenditures of the observation group were lower than that of the control group[-（9.5±1.7）d, （6 417.0±265.0）yuan vs （11.3±2. 1）d, （8 797.0±564.0）yuan,P〈0.05]. Conclusion：The application of the Clinical Nursing Path can shorten the hospitalization duration of the patients with surgery-treated breast cancer and reduce their hospitalization expenditures.
