摘要
考察了NH3再生温度及再生次数对蜂窝状活性炭ACH担载V2O5催化剂(V2O5/ACH)同时脱硫脱硝再生性能的影响,并重点分析了NH3再生提高催化剂脱硫活性的微观机理。结果表明:在NH3(φ=0.05)/Ar气氛中于330-350℃再生70 min能使V2O5/ACH催化剂再生,且脱硝活性显著提高,脱硫活性也有所增加,其中最佳再生温度为330℃;V2O5/ACH催化剂于200℃同时脱硫脱硝反应后生成的硫酸铵盐在330-350℃可完全分解,但VOSO4却难以被还原脱除。
Used activated carbon honeycomb supported V2O5 catalyst for simultaneous SO2 and NO removal is regenerated by NHa. The effects of regeneration temperature and times are investigated. Also the mechanism of the increased SO2 removal efficiency from catalyst regeneration by NHa is put forward. Results indicate that the catalyst can be regenerated by NH3(φ=0.05)/Ar at 330~350 ℃ for 70 min, and the optimal regeneration temperature is 330 ℃. Regeneration by NH3 promotes NO removal significantly and also promotes 802 removal, but to a lesser extent. Ammonium sulfate salts forming on the catalyst during simultaneous SO2 and NO removal at 200 ℃ can be fully removed during regeneration process, but VOSO4 cannot be regenerated at 330~350 ℃ by NH3(φ=0.05)/Ar.
