摘要
我国盐业人力资源现状已不能适应全球性的竞争,如何有效地开发和利用人力资源是目前盐业企业面临的问题。本文阐述了在当今智能经济时代加速传统人事管理转变的迫切性及几点开发对策。
The status quo of the human resources in China can't adapt to the global competition. How to exploit and utilize the human resources effectively is the problem that the salt enterprise is faced with now. This paper expatiates the urgency of accelerating the change of traditional human management in the present intelligent economy times, and it also puts forward several countermeasures to exploit the human resources.
