Research on Shaanxi Service Industry Development

服务业现代化程度的测评是目前研究涉及较少的领域。从分析陕西省服务业发展水平和结构入手,首次提出服务业现代化指数概念,并结合2005年经济普查的数据对陕西省服务业各行业的现代化水平及其经济效益进行了初步测评。在定量分析的基础上得出了陕西省服务业内部各行业经济效益参差不齐的结论。从整体上看,其经济效益还较低,因而提高服务业的经济效益应该成为陕西省发展服务业的主要努力方向。

The evaluation on modernization degree in Service industry is so far a field which few people involves. This article, beginning with the analysis of Shaanxi service industry level of development and structure, proposes for the first time the concept of modernization index of service industry, and carries on the initial evaluation with modernized level and its the economic efficiency of service industry in various professions in our province unifying the data of the economical general survey in 2005. On the basis of quantitative analysis it has obtained the main thesis that the economic benefits of various sectors within the services field in our province are uneven, from the overall perspective, its cost- effectiveness is still hovering on the lower level, thereby enhancing the economic benefits of the service industry should become the main direction of development of the services sector in our province for some time in the future.
