摘要
用直接合成法制备了Ｌａβ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３固体电解质，利用阻抗谱测定了电导率。研究了电导率和温度、ＭｇＯ含量之间的关系，得出最好的组成为ＬａＭｇ０．４Ａｌ１０．７Ｏ１７．９５。在４５０℃到１０００℃温度下测得电导率为１０－６到１０－２Ｓ·ｃｍ－１，活化能为０．８９ｅＶ到１．０２ｅＶ。测定了８００℃下的离子迁移数接近于１。
Laβ Al 2O 3 type solid electrolytes were prepared by direct synthesis method.The conductivity was measured by ac impedence measurements.The relationships between conductivities of Laβ Al 2O 3 and temperature,the relationships between conductivities of Laβ Al 2O 3 and the dopant concentration,and the activation energy for conduction were obtained.The result of magnitude of conductivities is 10 6 to 10 2 S·cm 1 the value of the activation energy is 0.89ev to 1.02ev from 450℃ to 1000℃.These compounds appear to exhibit fast trivalent ion motion at moderate temperatures.The ion transference numbers were also determined.
