Laβ-Al_2O_3固体电解质的制备和性能

摘要 用直接合成法制备了Laβ-Al2O3固体电解质,利用阻抗谱测定了电导率。研究了电导率和温度、MgO含量之间的关系,得出最好的组成为LaMg0.4Al10.7O17.95。在450℃到1000℃温度下测得电导率为10-6到10-2S·cm-1,活化能为0.89eV到1.02eV。测定了800℃下的离子迁移数接近于1。 Laβ Al 2O 3 type solid electrolytes were prepared by direct synthesis method.The conductivity was measured by ac impedence measurements.The relationships between conductivities of Laβ Al 2O 3 and temperature,the relationships between conductivities of Laβ Al 2O 3 and the dopant concentration,and the activation energy for conduction were obtained.The result of magnitude of conductivities is 10 6 to 10 2 S·cm 1 the value of the activation energy is 0.89ev to 1.02ev from 450℃ to 1000℃.These compounds appear to exhibit fast trivalent ion motion at moderate temperatures.The ion transference numbers were also determined.
