经喷丸处理后40~#车轴钢裂纹的萌生及其沿表面扩展规律 被引量:3

摘要 以40#车轴钢为试验材料,选择了两种不同的喷丸强度对试件施喷。经试验后找到了裂纹萌生与应力的关系曲线,同时给出了经喷丸处理后基体沿表面方向的裂纹扩展速率表达式。认为喷丸能提高金属材料疲劳寿命的原因主要体现在因喷丸产生的残余压应力和结构强化两方面,在低应力区前者起主要作用,而在高应力区后者起主要作用。 In this paper taking No. 40# axle steel as the test material the writer chose two kinds of shot peening strength for peening the test sample.After the test a relative curve between the initial formation of crack and the stress was found out and an expression of the rate of crack expansion along the surface of the material was given after peening treatment.The writer believes that the reason why shot peening can improve the fatigue life of metal material is mainly reflected in two respects: remaining pressure stress and structure strengthening. The former plays the main part in low scope of strength of stress and the latter plays the main part in high scope of strength of stress.
