摘要 随着人们对天然气需求量的不断增加,天然气输送管道建设也迅速发展,并且需要高压力、大流量的钢管。在天然气输送钢管选材中应考虑其强度、韧性、可焊性和耐蚀性,论述了判断管材强度和韧性须考虑的技术指标以及判断管材可焊性的两个指标。阐述了输送介质的4种腐蚀破坏形式及腐蚀机理,提出了在天然气输送管道选材中应注意的问题。 Along with the increasing demand of natural gas in China,the construction of gas pipeline is greatly developing. The high-pressure and large-diameter steel pipes are needed more and more. It is important to select material of steel pipes with higher safety and less investment. There are four factors including strength,toughness, weldability of joints and anticorrosion should be considered while selecting the pipe material. The technical indexes for determining strength and toughness of pipes and two indexes for detecting weldability of joints were presented. Four corrosion types and their corrosion mechanisms of the transporting medium were discussed, some suggestions for selecting the material of gas pipeline were proposed.
