摘要
二苯甲醇结构异构体以十二烷基硫酸钠胶束水溶液为展开剂,在纸色谱分离中的保留行为不仅偏离Armstrong标准曲线,而且是反键合型的。其原因在于立体效应,溶质的分子结构和胶束的形状与大小能否适配是色谱分离的主要驱动力。其机理仍然符合Armstrong理论。
The retention behaviour in the separation of diphenylmethyl alcohols'structural isomers using aqueous sodium dodecylsulfate micellar mobile phase by paper chromatography not only deviates considerably from the ideal Armtrong curve, but also indicates antibinding behaviour which is due to the steroscopic effect. The suitability of the relationship between the solutes' molecular structures and the micellar shapes and sizes is the main driving force of chromatographic separation. Its mechanism still conforms to the Armstrong theory.
