摘要
通过对五种不同刈割期牧草氨基酸及微量元素含量的测定分析,结果表明苜蓿叶粉,苜蓿二槎草粉的总氨基酸量高于收种后的苜蓿秸杆草粉、红豆草秸杆草粉及毛苕子秸杆草粉。五种牧草的革粉中均含有两种常量元素Ca、Mg和六种微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Mn、Co。其中苜蓿二槎草草粉中的Zn、Cu含量显著地高于其他几种牧草草粉的含量。提出了牧草的最适刈割期是在初花——盛花前期,此期牧草的营养含量最高。
The results of measuring and analyzing contents of amino acids and trace elements of hay meal for five forage species at different cutting stages showed that the total contents of amino acids of hay meal of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. )leaf and regrown hay higher that of alfalfa, sainfin (Ohobrychis viciifolia Scop. )and russian vetch (Vicia villosa Roth. ) stalk hay. All of the five forage species contain two normal elements (Ca, Mg) and six trace elements (Fe, Zn, Cu, Cr, Mn, Co). Among them, the contents of Zn and Cu in hay meal of regrown alfalfa aresignificantly higher than others. The optimal cut stage of five forages were proposed, that is, initial flower to flowery stage, because this is top nutrition contents stage.
