摘要
私营企业的发展中,有的做大做强,也有的处于"高出生与高死亡率"的状态。本文分析了我国私营企业财务管理的现状和存在问题,针对这些问题,提出了加强私营企业财务管理的对策。
During private enterprises development, some become stronger, while some others appear quickly and bankrupt soon. This thesis analyzes the status in quo and problems of private enterprises and their financial management. To solve these problems, it brings forward the countermeasures to strengthen their management.
