摘要
本文根据Born近似提出了一种电子被双原子分子散射总截面的拟合公式,并对CO分子进行了拟合,分析了其中参数的规律,并阐明了其物理含义,进而给出了直接近似计算散射截面的方法.计算结果与实验和理论结果符合得很好。
According to Born approximation,a fit formula for total cross sections of e-diaatomic molecule in the intermediateenergy is presented.After fitting the total cross sections of e-CO 10-1000 eV and analyzing the fitted parameters,the form of semiempirical formula has obtained.The formula indicates that the internuclear distance of C and O atoms plays an important role in e-CO collision process.The total cross sections of e-CO agree quite wel1 with the available experimental data and other calculations at 10-1000eV.
