摘要
基于在磷酸介质中,亚硝酸根对嗅酸钾氧化罗丹明6G具有催化作用,提出了催化荧光法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,方法的检出限为0.083ng/ml,线性范围为每25ml4~60ng,30多种常见离子基本不干扰测定,将方法用于鲜带鱼、香肠、自来水,雪水中亚硝酸根含量的测定。
A new catalytic fluorimetric method for determining trace nitrite has been described. The method is based on the catalyic oxidation of rhadomic 6G with potassium bromate in the solution of phosphoric acid. The detection limit for nitrite is 0.083ng/ml. The linear range of the determination is 4~60ng(25ml).The proposed method suffers from few interferences in tthe presence of more than 30 foreign ions. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in hairtail, sausage, tap-water,snow-broth samples with satisfactory results.
