FSH和氯■酚对猕猴超数排卵及异体授精的影响

The Effects of FSH and Clomiphene on Superovulation and Fertilization in Rhesus Monkeys

本实验对ＦＳＨ及大剂量氯酚诱发猕猴超数排卵的效果以及两种药物对新捕获野生猕猴和多年圈养猕猴之间排卵效应和体外授精进行观察分析，结果表明ＦＳＨ每只１ｍｇ／ｄ诱发超数排卵的效果比氯酚每只５０～１００ｍｇ／ｄ效果好．氯酚诱发超数排卵的效应与剂量不呈正比．圈养的猕猴对氯酚的反应较新捕获猕猴高．两侧卵巢的卵泡发育存在交替优势现象，同一只动物两次诱排实验中间隔一次月经周期后，其卵巢对药物诱发超排效果反应良好．超排不影响猕猴的正常生育能力．用兔输卵管进行异体授精。

The effects of FSH and large doses clomiphene induce superovulation and in vitro fer tilization were observed between new capture wild and tame rhesus monkeys. The results showed the effects of FSH (1mg/d) induce superovulation were better than Clomiphene (50mg～100mg/d).The effects of Clomiphene induce the superovulation were out of proportion with doses. The effect of tame monkeys were better than wild to test by Clomiphene. There were alternately superiority about the development of follicle in two ovaries, In same animal ifthere was one menstrual cycle during two experiments,the ovaries had good response to drug for inducing superovulation. The superovulahion did not affect on thenormal pregnancy of monkeys. There were lower success if fertilization carried out in rabbit oviduct, because the oocytoo recovery were lower.
