替米沙坦对老年高血压患者脉压的影响

Influence of telmisartan on pulse pressure in elderly patients with essential hypertension.

目的探讨替米沙坦对老年高血压患者脉压的影响。方法选择1～2级老年高血压患者48例，给予替米沙坦40mg／天口服，共6个月。观察患者治疗前后脉压、收缩压、舒张压变化和药物的不良反应。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后患者脉压缩小（P〈0．001）、收缩压和舒张压明显下降（P〈0．001），无明显不良反应。结论替米沙坦能缩小老年高血压患者的PP，有效、安全降低血压，从而抗动脉粥样硬化。

Objective To investigate the influences of telmisartan on Pulse Pressure（PP） in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 48 elderly patients with essential hypertension were treated with telmisartan 40mg/d for 6 months. The PP were detected before and after treatment, as well as systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP）. The side effects of telmisartan were observed also. Results After 6 months of treatment with tdmisartan,the PP decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,the SBP and D BP decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01 ） ,and there were no side effects of telmisartan during treatment. Conclusion Telmisartan can decline PP in elderly patients with essential hypertension, lower blood pressure effectively.
