钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨骨折

目的探讨钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨骨折的效果。方法通过对35例儿童股骨骨折行钛制弹性髓内钉的手术治疗方法、效果和并发症进行分析。结果31例骨折在术后8～10周愈合，4例在术后5月愈合。膝关节和髋关节活动良好，无一例感染。4例发生骨折成角畸形侧向成角〈10度，前后成角〈15度。结论钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨骨折是一种较好的方法。

objective To study the effectiveness of the treatment to femur fractures of children by the elastic intramedullary nails. Methods Aanalyze the operation methods ,complications and result of 35 femur fractures treated by elastic intramedullary nails. Results 31 fractures healed in 8 - 10 weeks,4 fractures healed after 20 weeks. 4 of 35 cases had angular deformity less than 15 degrees, Function of knee and hip were good and no cases had wound infection. Conclusion Treatment to femur fractures of children by the elastic intramedullary nails is a better choice.
