摘要
模拟了喷射沉积过程中的雾化过程;描述了熔滴在飞行中的动力学过程及凝固的热力学过程;建立了熔滴速度、温度、固相分数等参数与熔体过热度、气流速度之间的计算模型;通过对810℃的液态合金的数值计算,讨论了部分独立参数对该过程的影响.
The spray forming process is simulated. The in-flight dynamical and ther-mal histories of the droplets during forming process are described. The relation of the inde-pendent parameters such as vilocity, temperature, and solid fraction of the droplets to themelt superheat and the gas velocity is established. Based on the calculation of Al-4.5%Cualloy, the effect of some dependent parameters on the process are discussed.
