重视鼻用皮质类固醇激素使用中的随访监测 被引量：2

摘要 探索局部应用皮质类固醇激素以降低其全身不良反应的研究始于上世纪中叶，1972年英国首先研制了二丙酸倍氯米松（Beclomethasone Dipropionate，BDP），通过定量雾化器（metered dose inhaler，MDI）吸入治疗哮喘取得了很好的疗效。1973年丹麦鼻变态反应学者Mygind首次报道鼻腔应用BDP治疗变应性鼻炎的临床结果，引起各国学者极大关注。目前鼻用皮质类固醇激素（intranasal steroids，INS）已经被广泛应用于变应性鼻炎、慢性鼻及鼻窦炎和鼻息肉的药物治疗。
