摘要
本文研究了革胡子鲇自体受精后代的胚胎发育过程。用每克含30μg甲基睾丸酮的饲料投喂革胡子鲇仔鱼60天,获得具自体受精功能的雌雄同体革胡子鲇,对雌雄同体鱼人工催产,获得自体受精的胚胎、仔鱼及全雌的成鱼。自体受精后代的受精率、孵化率都较高,说明人工诱导雌雄同体革胡子鲇产生的后代的自体受精过程及胚胎友育过程没有生理障碍。
The fry of Clarias lazera were administered orally with 17 methyl-testosterone at a dose fo of diet for 60 days The hermaphrodites which performed self-fertilization were obtained After injected with HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin),the hermaphrodites produced the self-fertilized embryos ,fry and all -female adults This pa-per mainly discribed the processes of embryonic development of offspring produced by self-fer-tilizing of hermaphrodites The rates of fertilization and hatching were relatively highmindicat-ing that there were no physiological obstacles to self-ztion and embryonic developmentof offspring produced by self -fertilizing of hermaphrodites .
