摘要
将环境承载力理论应用于规划方案比选,以工业区规划的特点为基础构建评价指标体系,利用单因子指标模型进行环境承载力分析。并以某工业区规划为例,分析规划原方案和两个优化方案的环境承载力状况,从环境、资源保护的角度出发,为规划方案比选提供决策依据。
Screening industrial base programming by using the theory of environmental carrying capacity, based on the characteristic of industrial base programming, an index system is built up, the single factor quantitative model is used in analyzing environmental carrying capacity. Taking some industrial base programming as an example, analyzing the environmental carrying capacity of programming and two alternatives, from environment ＆ resources protection, giving an suggestion for programming-makers make an reasonable program.
