摘要
针对单纯数字签名在现代电子商务政务中的不足,提出了一种基于数字水印技术的电子签章方案。该系统方案基于PKI平台整合了数字水印和数字签名技术,实现了电子文档的安全访问控制和抗打印防伪功能,能有效满足电子公文和文档的基本需求及相关安全性规定。
To implement the basic demand and security of management of digital documents, it is in great need of using digital sealing to ensure validity of digital documents.A digital sealing system combing digital signature and watermarking and PKI was proposed. According to the result, the system can satisfy the relate security and basic demand.
