This passage will emphasize on how to bring the advantage of the spiritual and political education into full play and how to establish the socialistic and harmonious campus. It starts with the problems which exist in the colleges nowadays. I will explain how to cope with the three main relations： the relationship between leaders and faculties, teachers themselves, and teachers and students. And these three main relations will be handled through the full use of the advantage of the spiritual and political education. I will analyze the current situation of the three main relations and the problems which exist at present, along with the methods to solve those problems, which will pave the path to establish the socialistic and harmonious campus.
