摘要
心脏穿透伤是胸外伤的危急重症,其自然病程短,病死率高。病程中多项伤情指标可提示预后。本文对损伤后解剖生理改变、医疗干预措施等因素与预后关系进行综述后认为,正确及时的医疗干预措施能改变心脏穿透伤的临床病程,对改善其预后有重要作用。
Penetrating cardiac trauma （ PCT） is an emergent and severe case of thoracic trauma, for its short course of disease and high mortality rate. The prognosis may be suggested by some traumatic indices. In this article, posttraumatic alteration of anatomy and physiology, medical treatment intervention, and prognosis of PCT are reviewed,with the conclusion that the prognosis of PCT may be improved by correct and prompt medical intervention.
