摘要
本文运用有限元分析原理,将卫生技术车辆基型车身简化为以薄壁梁单元为主的空间骨架梁结构模型,运用 CV公司 Stresslab软件对该骨架模型进行了静力学分析计算,通过对其变形及应力分布的结果分析,检验了卫生技术车辆车身骨架结构的刚强度,同时为车身造型的进一步优化设计提供了理论参考依据。
Finite element method is used in this paper to form a three dimensional structure model with thin-walled beam as its key elements for simplicity of the basic body of medical technical vehicles. Based on this, antalytic calculation of statics of the model is performed by using Stresslab software produced by CV company. It has been demonstrated through deformation and stress distribution of these elements that this model can test the rigidity of body structure of medical technical vehicles and provide mechanical basis for the further design of vehicle body appearance.
