27例烧伤患者死亡病因分析与对策

Analysis of death reason and strategy for 27 burn patients

目的进一步提高我们对严重烧伤病人的抢救成功率,降低死亡率。方法我科自2001年1月1日至2005年12月31日5年期间共收治各类病人4328人,其中27例严重烧伤病人因各种原因抢救无效死亡。死亡率为0.62%。我们对这27例死亡病例进行了认真回顾分析。结果从中寻找死亡的原因与共性的东西,总结经验与教训。结论从烧伤死亡病例的死因分析来审视反馈我们的治疗方案,从而提高严重烧伤的救治成功率。

Objective To further increase the success rate and to decrease the death rate for severe burn patients. Methods We treated 4328 patients between january 1, 2001 and December 31, 2005, among them 27 were severe burn patients dead for various reasons. The death rate was 0. 62%. The data of these dead cases were retrospectively. Results The death reason and the experience and lesson were summarized. Conclusions Analysis of death causes of severe burn patients is helpful for increase of their success rate of treatment.
