开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙的临床应用研究

Clinical application of opened self-attacking and self-holding spir-artificial dental implant system

目的评价开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙系统的临床应用。方法回顾性分析730例患者2774颗种植体临床应用情况。结果2774颗开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙10年的临床观察,2552例种植体骨结合良好,222例松动脱落,观察种植成功率5年达96.7%,10年达92%。结论临床应用结果证明,开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙系统安全有效,美观舒适,操作简单,创伤小,固位理想,低成本,低收费,适合国人缺牙种植。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of the opened self-attacking and self-holding spir-artificial dental implant system. Methods The data of 730 patients with 2 774 implants were retrospectively studied. Results After follow-up for 10 years, of 2 774 implants, 2 552 implants achieved good osseointegration, 222 implants loosened and dropped out. The 5-year success rate was 96.7 %, and the 10-year success rate was 92 %. Conclusion The results indicate that opened self-attacking and self-holding spir-artificial dental implant is safe, utility, esthetic and simple, and has the advantages of mini-trauma, fine retention, low cost, low expense, and suitable for Chinese.
