介绍基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),采用模拟/数字、数字/模拟转换器件和RAM(UT62-256)静态存储器件,完成了数字存储示波器的功能。经测试,整机功能齐全,输出波形稳定,没有明显失真。
The digital storage oscilloscope is designed based on the field programmable gate array (FPGA) by using the A/D, D/A components and UT62-256 static storage component. The signal is controlled by the FPGA. The program is realized by VHDL(Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)in the chip EP1 K30QC208-3 from the ALTERA Corporation. Compared with the ordinary oscilloscope, the memory depth increases by 163.8 times. The output wave is quite stable and has not the obvious distortion.
