摘要
教师文化是学校育人文化的重要组成部分。教师的价值观念、情绪情感、人格品质和行为方式在育人过程中的作用是不可低估的,教师文化的研究对于教师专业发展及教育改革的推进都具有重大意义。拟从内容和形式两个角度分析教师文化的内涵及其价值,并在研究中思考当代教师文化的建构。
Teacher culture is an important part of educational culture in schools. We cannot underestimate the functions of teachers' value, emotion, personality and way of act in the process of educating people. The research on teacher culture is of great significance to the professional development of teachers and the promotion of educational reform. This article intends to analyze the connotation and value of teacher culture in terms of content and form, thinking the construction of modern teacher culture in the process of study.
